Founded in 2016, Two Blonde Bobs is a label committed to empowering women who value individuality, quality, and love to dress up. Creative, bold statement jewellery and (slightly) unconventional, our range includes jewellery and now gorgeous clothing. Totally New Zealand designed and made. Beautiful layering pieces that can be worn by women any age, shape or size. Trans-seasonal clothing that can be worn any season. Our motto being "It is how you wear it."

Every story has a beginning. Our beginning started just over 5 years ago, when the founders, Barbara and Adie, over several glasses of wine, came up with an idea to create some statement jewellery. Designing and curating jewellery, under the ‘Two Blonde Bobs’ brand to wholesale to upmarket designer, fashion, and giftware stores throughout New Zealand. The rest is history....

Our products have been seen in glossy magazines, on television, and available throughout the country in major retail stores, not forgetting the online boutique for anytime shopping. 

At the end of 2019, Barbara became the Sole Director of TBB and has taken the business from strength to strength, wholesaling to more and more designer stores throughout NZ and has just launched in the Australian Market. Receiving daily enquiries from all over the world. This experience led to my next chapter of discovery.  

Two Blonde Bobs clothing creates gorgeous layering and trans-seasonal pieces for all who love fashion, and love to be individual with our conscious decision to have made ALL of our clothing and jewellery in New Zealand, supporting local industry.

Waikato Pink Ladies Charity Drive asked if Two Blonde Bobs would consider designing a necklace specifically for the Breast Cancer month of May and we were honoured to accept.  

We designed a large clear striped heart called “Beverley” and a smaller one called “Dawn” (in memory of Barbara's mother Beverley Dawn Simms) who passed away of breast cancer.

These were offered at Breast Cancer events at a reduced price and fifty percent of each necklace sale was donated to The Cancer Foundation.

This was a humbling experience for us both and we are looking forward to doing something similar again.
